I had such a good time making my illustrated map of Austin, that I knew I wanted to keep trying my hand at this mapmaking thing. There's just something about taking a bunch of information and organizing it into an easy-to-digest graphic that I love!

If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw photos from my epic month-long trip to Southeast Asia this summer. My favorite country that we visited was easily Vietnam. Sapa, Halong Bay and Hoi An have all made it to the top of my favorite places list. Even though we didn't make it to the southern half of the country, I wanted to make a map of the country to remember the trip. I'll eventually add maps of Thailand and Vietnam to round out a series, and maybe even more detailed maps of specific cities.
